The lifetime warranty is only valid if you register your new product within 30 days of purchase.

To return a product under this warranty, a valid receipt (as attached below) will be required so kindly keep your proof of purchase in a safe place.

The warranty is valid only if the product has a technical malfunction and there is no damage caused by wrong use.

When you return a product under a valid warranty, it will be inspected by our technicians in Cyprus and be repaired locally.

If that is not possible, your product will be sent to the supplier in Netherlands. In these cases there are might be shipping costs up to 30€, paid in advance by the customer.
